MemberPass is a digital credential that is used as the most secure and private way a member can connect and identify themselves with their credit union and the member can verify that the credit union is reaching out to them. MemberPass is designed so the member no longer has to keep track of usernames and passwords, or be confronted with other knowledge based questions, such as “mother’s maiden name!”
